Measure the width and length of your room. Round up to the nearest metre and multiply together. Add 10% for cuts and wastage. Example: a 3.6m × 8.8m room → round up to 4m × 9m = 36m2, + 10% = 40 tiles. Not sure? Send us a sketch and we'll work it out for you.
No. The tiles loose-lay directly onto a level subfloor. Free interlocking connectors (4 per tile) are included with every order and hold the tiles firmly together. No adhesive, no tools, no mess.
Both are 20mm commercial grade. The Premium SBR tile (FFP24802) has an additional SBR top layer for enhanced water resistance, a non-slip surface, and greater protection against sweat, dirt and wear. Ideal for high-intensity commercial environments.
Use a straight edge and a sharp Stanley knife. Score along the cut line and the tile snaps cleanly. No power tools required.
Minimum order is 10 tiles (10 m2). Free delivery across Ireland applies to all orders of 20 tiles or more.
Yes - we deliver to all counties across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Orders of 20+ tiles ship free. Under 20 tiles is a €50 flat rate.
They're optional but recommended when the flooring doesn't run wall to wall. Ramp tiles create a professional bevelled transition from tile height to subfloor, removing any trip hazard. They're also useful for creating standalone free-weight zones.
For orders over 110 tiles, our best per-tile pricing applies automatically at checkout. For very large commercial projects, get in touch and we'll take care of you.
The product is covered against manufacturing defects — including the tile failing, cracking, or coming apart. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
